THE
TEAM
Our team is full of qualified coaches - fully certified coaches or trained assistant coaches. We have a foundation of education to support our athletes and guide them to grow on and off the platform.

Club Coach
Coach Kirst grew up a competitive athlete: playing volleyball and swimming. As an adult, she missed the challenge, training, and team aspects of competing and sport. In 2013, she gathered her courage and bravely walked into her first CrossFit gym and was HOOKED! After training for a year, she began her coaching journey and education in 2014.

In 2015 Kirst competed for the first time in Weightlifting. Being alone on the platform changed her life (like many others). She decided then to dedicate herself to our sport and train only for Weightlifting. First in Calgary, and now in Victoria, Kirst is involved and committed to competing in and coaching Weightlifting.

Kirst is an authentic coach and is passionate about all the athletes she comes into contact with. Her knowledge expands beyond just Weightlifting as she also coaches CrossFit and personalized nutrition programs.

Beyond the gym, Kirst loves her pups and chickies, and adventures through life with her husband Cody.
